Process Driven
Over the years, RAB Communications has designed, developed and implemented a number of internal processes and procedures that guarantee predictable results. All standard operating procedures are documented and posted in the shop. Key directives from Management regarding operational changes are documented in the form of an Ops Bulletin and posted on the company bulletin board. Bottom line, all communications to the workforce are documented, in addition to being reviewed at group meetings. All employees receive an employee handbook. The Project Manager reviews the employee handbook with all new hires.
RAB Communications utilizes a web-based workforce management system to increase control of client inventory and consigned equipment. This system allows our warehouse teams the ability to track the location of each device, print reports, and produce signature sheets for technicians. We also use state-of-the-art web-based accounting and payroll programs to optimize administrative efficiencies. The combined utilization of modern technology and presence of professional staff is critical to the success and long-term stability of our organization. |

Data Analysis & Measurement
RAB Communications utilizes data to manage and track every aspect of the operation to ensure key goals are achieved. Data collections on key metrics are collected on a weekly basis. These numbers are analyzed and used as a tool to manage performance down to the tech level. RAB Communications consistently achieves top performance in these metrics to ensure compliance to field quality requirements. QA reports are used to coach and retrain employees, and audit discrepancies are corrected within 48 hours. |

Results Oriented
RAB Communications has been a results-oriented company since its inception. Primary focus is placed on meeting or exceeding the performance metrics through internal data review and implementing correcting measures. RAB Communications runs a tight ship when performance becomes an issue. RAB Communications utilizes a defined 4-step counseling process, in conjunction with a performance incentive bonus system, to keep our teams on track. We understand the value of investing in our employees, and have made a strategic commitment to secure our workforce through education and training. There are, however, well defined boundaries in the industry that cannot be crossed, and RAB Communications does not hesitate to take swift corrective action to resolve any given situation.
High performance achieved by RAB Communications’ Technician and Management personnel does not go unnoticed. Our Technicians are all eligible to receive a performance incentive bonus to drive quality and production, and our Management teams are rewarded for achieving company and client goals. |

Safety
Safety Meetings are conducted every week, at a minimum, to review safety concerns and reinforce industry safety procedures. The meetings are conducted by using presentations developed from our comprehensive safety manual and supplement materials provided by our insurance carrier. Two distinct safety programs have been developed to cover the specific safety needs of our construction and installation departments. We conduct in-the-field surprise inspections to verify safety policies & procedures are being followed. |
